Falling into Fall
Good Morning Lovelies,
Fall has just begun and I am super excited. We just experience a couple of days of fall weather and it has already put me in the mood for my fall wardrobe. I love the fall time where the heat is gone but you have not reached the ice age yet. With fall comes a lot of warm colors and cozy clothing.
I busted out one of my fall wears while at my first pumpkin patch of the year. It was around the mid- 60s to high 70’s and I decided to stick with the neutral tan color. I knew that I would be taking pictures with bright orange pumpkin, I wanted to keep my outfit color at a neutral base for the background to pop.
I wore a short-sleeve fuzzy tan sweater top. It was very lightweight and soft to the skin. I got it at Forever 21 for $6 ( original $17 with an extra 70% off). On my bottoms I have on a plaid tied taper paper-bag pants, originally they were wide leg and I had them tailored down to be tapered to create a slim fit look. Last but not least for my shoes I am wearing my favorite brown clog heels. They are platformed and easy to wear, I got them at Buffalo Exchange many years ago.
Excited to share more of my fall looks as I incorporate pieces I bought from the “ Forever 21 Bankruptcy Sale”. (UPDATE: Forever 21 has filed for bankruptcy but are not shutting down forever, they are closing a large number of their stores all around the world in hopes to build back their capital. This is good news because I do shop there a lot.)
